The acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the foregoing conditions and also to the further condition that neither Magnolia Travel and Cruise nor any of its representatives shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services resulting directly from any acts of God, including but not limited to, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary, routing or schedules from any cause beyond the control of Magnolia Travel and Cruise or from any loss or damage resulting from insufficient, improperly issued passports, visas or other documents and that neither Magnolia Travel and Cruise nor any of its representatives hall be or become liable or responsible for any additional or liability sustained or incurred as a result of the foregoing causes. Magnolia Travel and Cruise is not responsible nor liable for defaults of "suppliers" or any other person, company, or corporation not directly under its control. In the case of air, ship, rail, automobile, or other form of transportation, the passenger contract in use by the provider of such transportation, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the passenger and such airline, ship line, railroad, car rental, or other company.

Pursuant to current state law, a number of details have been presented to you on invoices, travel documents and marketing materials. They include our registration number, complete cancellation, deposit and payment policies, complete package inclusions, suppliers used such as transportation companies, specific hotels and resorts. This statement is required by the state: If transportation or other services are cancelled by the seller of travel (Magnolia Travel and Cruise), all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.
